What is an AI Recap?
An AI recap is not a replacement for your presentation. It´s the highlights & key take aways from your presentation. A great teaser for the audience to want to learn more.
Every session gets a unique link that you can use to share on other sites to promote your participation.

Why is the privacy protection of my presentation higher with StreamWerk than with other public websites such as Youtube?
The actual recording and transcript is not accessible by search engine and AI data crawlers such as Google and OpenAI bots. Only a summary of your presentation is accessible on the event landingpage.
Using StreamWerk therefore results in better privacy protection than if a video recording was uploaded to Youtube or an ordinary event website.
If your event organiser has chosen to only share the summaries with attendees and block public access, your content is not accessible by crawlers at all.
Is my data used for training AI-models?
No, your data will never be used to train AI language models.We have Enterprise security and Data Processing Agreements with the AI-Model providers we use.
The data will never leave your region. What´s captured in EU stays in EU.
We let AI-models summarise the transcript of your talk, but the transcript itself is not used for training the models and is not stored by any other data processor than StreamWerk ApS
Is my voice-profile captured by AI?
No, your voice-profile is anonymised before being transcribed to text. When we have the transcript then we summarise the insights. Not until the last step we assign your name to the transcript. This happens in our secure and private environment that is never shared with any AI.
We have Enterprise security and Data Processing Agreements with the AI-Model providers we use.
Will the recording be stored safely and for how long?
The full recording and transcript is not accessible by the public and is stored securely on dedicated servers within the same global region as it was recorded. Only StreamWerk has access to the servers and all content is encrypted.
We delete the recording and transcript permanently when the contract with our customer ends.
The summarisation is accessible on the event landing page for the time period you and the event organiser have agreed.
I am charging a fee for my presentations. Will a summary replace the need for hiring me at other events?
A summary will never be able to replace being there in real life and experiencing the person behind the talking points.
Remember. - the organiser don´t just value your presentation - but to an equally high degree the debate and inspiration that it creates afterwards.
From our experience speakers love having session summaries in their portfolio and are usually great at sharing them on social media.
Your event organiser will have the option to making the link only available for attendees - and even block access with a password. Talk to your event organiser about the details.
What if I have corrections to the summarised content?
You will receive an email as soon as the summarisation is available on the event landing page. If you would like us to make any corrections, please send us an email at speakers@streamwerk.io
